Curl up by the cozy gas fire w/large smart TV,board games/puzzles.The kitchen is gorgeous & fully equipped. WiFi & private washer/dryer. Have fun in the Game room pingpong,foosball,kids cornhole. Min age 25 **The owner does occasionally bring up their dog (in case anyone has bad allergies). We have one video camera outside facing the driveway only. The game room is in the garage (never used for cars) and it is not heated. The entire house is for you and your guests. I am available for any questions or concerns 7 days a week 8am-8pm ish Easily fit 3-4 cars in the driveway. You do need a car in Grand Lake - no taxi and Uber/Lyft is not here yet.
