Sunrise Vista is a newly updated condo where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and get lost in the views of the emerald coast from the large balcony. Wake up to a gulf view from the spacious master bedroom and enjoy watching the sunrise from the 13th floor. The beach is directly across the street, but you do not have to cross the road. There's an indoor walkway connecting the towers! The resort has a pool and hot tub at each tower, baby pool, full service tiki bar, gym, and more! The condo has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. It has 2 full baths, with a hallway twin bunk area as well as a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 MAX. Ideal for a large family or 2 small families vacationing together. There are smart TV’s in the bedroom and in the living area. Cable and high speed Wifi provided in addition to Roku access to log into your favorite streaming apps- BYOP. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for your stay. SMALL DOGS CONSIDERED (up to 2 dogs, under 25 pounds each). Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations prior to the stay. There will be a non-refundable $100 pet deposit fee (Per pet, limit 2). Message owner to confirm breed and weight prior to booking as the resort does not allow certain breeds. No Smoking! There is a $500 charge if there is any evidence of smoking. We offer key-less entry check-in and check-out. The resort offers gated access with 24-hour security and covered parking. A $50 Resort fee will cover your parking pass for the entire stay and wrist bands!
