The balcony faces East where you can watch the boats on the inter-coastal waterway. The beach closet on the balcony houses toys and beach chairs. We even provide beach towels for your convenience! Early evening, "Toes in Sand & Wine in Hand " view the sun as it sets across the Gulf of Mexico giving rise to the most spectacular picture opportunities. Other amenities include cable, high speed internet, WiFi, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Smoking and pets are prohibited. The complex has a picnic area and community charcoal grill. Holiday Villas II has a large heated swimming pool. Traveling with an infant/toddler? No room for baby equipment? We have it! A well kept secret, our community, Indian Shores, Florida is a great destination to experience a tranquil beach holiday Entire 1,100 sq foot condo is available to guests. As owners/managers of this property, we are fortunate to live in the Tampa Bay area. We are always available by phone. This quiet beach community has several restaurants and activities within walking distance. Plenty of area attractions from shops and restaurants at John's Pass, miniature golf and beach rental shops (bikes, kayaks, scooters, jet skis). Nearby is the Clearwater Aquarium, Chihuly and Dali museums in St.Pete, botanical gardens in Largo, and a bird sanctuary within walking distance. Tours are available for dolphin watching, ride a super fast speed boat, moonlight dinner cruises and deep sea fishing adventures. For just $5 per day, you can Hop on and Hop off when you ride the Jolley Trolley. The route includes the coastal towns in the area. Partnering with the trolley is the Pinellas county bus system that goes places the trolley does not travel. Or, you can use your vehicle where St. Pete and Clearwater are 15 minutes and Tampa is 45 minutes away. Community washers/dryers are available on each floor of the condo.
