Unregistered guests are not permitted. • Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please respect the noise curfew (Prohibited times after 9.30 pm and before 7.30 am). • Parties or events are strictly prohibited • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. • Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply. • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. • Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out. • Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it. • Please pull the garbage bins out to the natural strip on Tuesday night for weekly collection. • Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. • Our self-check-in process is made easy using the coded key lock safe located near the front door. The code will be provided to you on check-in date prior to your arrival. • Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied. • CHECK-OUT TIME is strictly NO later than 10 am to allow sufficient time for the cleaning crew to prepare for the next guests.
