Newly Remodeled. Come stay at our dream Maui home located right across from Charley Young Beach (next to Kama'ole 1). The condo has an ocean view from lanai, living room and kitchen. Charley Young Beach is directly across the street. One of largest and nicest units in the complex, it has the best ocean and pool view & private near end cap location. Enjoy the sunset from Lanai balcony before you take a soak in our romantic Jacuzzi tub. The condo has A/C and free WiFi + elevator. The condo is located on the top (4th) floor in building #1, accessible by elevator or stairs, and is one of the biggest and nicest units in the Maui Vista complex. Since it's in the first building, it provides the best ocean and pool view in the complex, as well as plenty of privacy since the condo is located near the end cap. Enjoy the sunset from the Lanai balcony before you take a soak in our romantic Jacuzzi tub. The condo is air conditioned, has all the usual amenities, PLUS free WiFi. Also, there’s an elevator in each of the three buildings in the resort. Three pools on site with six tennis courts and one pool and two tennis courts just for building one. Their office hours are 8am - 4pm, check in with their office first 24 hours of your stay and they will issue you a parking permit. Also, after hours you can check in with security and get a parking permit, the security office is located in building one (same building as your rental) by the elevator or you can see them riding around in the golf cart. We chose a Kihei location because Kihei gets more sun than most of Maui (some parts of Maui can be quite wet!). Kihei is also centrally located, making it easy to take a quick trip to Lahaina (west side) or the North shore (which is great for sports... one of the reasons we are on Maui). Kahului (where the airport is) is only 15-20 minutes away. This is also where you would start your trip to Hana if you want to explore the wilder east side of the island. Or of course, just stay in Kihei and enjoy all its amenities. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more, are all within walking distance. And the beach is directly across the street - only a 2 minute walk away! Rental car, Uber, Lyft, taxi and it’s super walkable :) We love this condo for its location right across from Charley Young Beach (next to Kama'ole 1), our favorite Maui beach.
