At sunset when golfers have left, take a short walk along the golf course path right outside our back lawn to a stunning location with views of an Ocean cliff. The dining area which opens onto a small lanai overlooking the golf, has lots of windows and is filled with light making you feel as though your are dining outside. The main level has two bedrooms and a full bath which contains a vanity with dual sinks and a Samsung washer and dryer. For ease of care, you'll find either wood laminate or ceramic flooring throughout the kitchen / living / dining and baths. The master bedroom is oversized and has greenbelt views, a huge Jacuzzi like jetted tub, walk in shower and a large two sink vanity in the master bath. There's an additional bedroom just inside the entry with a king bed. Sunlight fills the house no matter where you are. We are the new owners of this beautiful home which has been a vacation rental for the past 6 years and previous owners had a very successful Airbnb rating and hundreds of reviews. People in Princeville like to ride bikes around the neighborhood because it is flat and has a bike lanes. Our interaction will be as minimal or as much as our guests desire. Should they need anything we are always available. Interacting with our guests makes our work so rewarding and enjoyable. We have an on Island house manager that is also available to help should you need it. Our home is located in a very unique neighborhood in Princeville where lots are big and houses are spaced out for the ultimate privacy. It is quiet, very spacious, near beaches and it is a great place to reconnect with family and nature. It is easy to get around Princeville either by car, walking or by bike. Princeville is flat for the most part and there are bike lanes close to the Makai golf course. o Princeville is a 5 minute drive to a popular North Shore supermarket called Foodland. o 5 minute driving distance away from Queen's Bath, Hideaways Beach, Anini beach. 15 minute drive to Hanalei Bay beach. o The closest beach is Sealodge beach but it's a bit of a hike down but ultimately worth it ! o Parking is easy. Just park on our driveway which can fit up to 3 cars.
