What else could you ask for?! Beautiful master bedroom on 3rd floor has a spectacular view, fireplace, desk for remote workers, xl bathroom with two sinks, jet tub and separate shower. Two additional upstairs bedrooms, one with a king and another a queen bed, and a shared full bath. The main level has a fully-equipped kitchen with bar stools and dining room, a very comfortable living room with gas fireplace overlooking an amazing deck with stunning views of the lakes and mountains. One half bath on this main level as well. Lower level has another fabulous deck with a hot tub, a second family room with a full size table for games, large seating TV area and a huge bunk room with two queen over queen bunk beds (4 queen beds!) and another full bathroom. Laundry facilities are on the lower level as well and available to use during your stay. High speed wireless Internet throughout the home. Whole-house stereo system connected to Alexa or basement stereo. Fun game room in basement, plentiful board games and smart TVs on main and basement levels. Xfinity cable TV on main floor with smart TV. Log into your Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video or other streaming subscription. This is a family neighborhood and we have strict outdoor quiet hours after 10pm. This is a great getaway for families and those looking for quiet and relaxation. No bachelor/bachelorette parties or other events with loud music or late-night outdoor gathering on the outside decks. Ask about weekly, monthly or longer-term rental rates. The entire house, decks and hot tub are available to the guests. The garage, master bedroom closet and basement owner's closets are locked. Always willing to help make sure your stay is amazing! Available by phone/text during normal waking hours. Property manager is next door and readily available. The views from our house and neighborhood are spectacular, this is what makes it so special. It is also a quiet neighborhood with numerous full-time residents. You can take short walks or long hikes right from our home. The walk up the hill to Grand Lake Lodge is spectacular, in particular. It is very easy to get around in Grand Lake. The town is small enough to walk or bike almost anywhere. There's an abundance of scenic drives in every direction. There is parking for 3 vehicles in our driveway and extra parking on Park Ave in the summer. There is space on the side of the road at the bottom of the hill for campers and trailers. Trailer parking space available in downtown Grand Lake. Worth mentioning again, this is a residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. We can't host large gatherings, parties or other get-togethers that would promote being noisy, especially after 10pm. During Winter months, the road up to our home (Park Ave) is usually snow-covered and it requires 4WD, AWD or chains on the tires to get up the hill. We recommend 4WD or AWD to get to Grand Lake since you have to drive over Berthoud Pass if you're coming from the Denver area. During the snowy months, the pass can be tricky without the right traction and tires. Our home has a concrete driveway suitable for three vehicles maximum. All other vehicles need to park up above our small cul de sac up on Park Ave, which has ample space for more vehicles in the summer. Otherwise, there are plenty of spaces to park extra cars at the bottom of Park Ave or nearby on city streets year-round. No double-parking or parking across from our driveway. By the way, Kate & Geoff, our property manager and neighbors to the right (West) are awesome, so give them a wave and say hi if you see them. Don't forget to say hi to their dog Winston!
