Free secure underground parking available with CCTV cameras Getting around As this apartment is located in the city centre, many restaurants and shopping facilities can be accessed faster by walking. However, as Rwanda doesn’t have developed public transportation services, we do provide a fueled car with a driver at 60$ per night.. Driver conditions - This rate only applies to Kigali, any trips outside Kigali would first have to be approved and there would be an extra fee. - Working hours are from 8am to 10pm (1hr lunch break) earlier pickups are allowed free of charge, we'd just need notice the day before. - The driver is responsible for guests of the apartments only so can not be lent to others. - Airport pickups are usually $30 but if you have booked a driver for that day it would be an extra cost of $20 only.
