LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen + washer and dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided. This spacious unit is bright and breezy with new décor and totally renovated kitchen and baths featuring sparkling granite and tile. The open floor plan provides sweeping views of the beach and gulf from the kitchen to the living and dining area, and on to the private porch and steps leading to the beach. The master bedroom on the 2nd level has floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliders to a sundeck overlooking the beach. You are renting from a management company, the office is located on the property and we are available M-F 9am - 4pm and on Saturday 10:30am - 3:30pm. The office is closed on Sunday. There is a " Unit book" in every unit where you find answers to many questions. We do not check the emails after hours. Non Medical emergency phone number is located on the front door to the office. Longboat Key is an offshore barrier island running roughly 12 miles north to south and enclosing the western boundary of Sarasota Bay in Southwest Florida. The western shoreline consists of a white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. On both the north and south ends, Longboat Key is separated from neighboring islands by deep water passes from the Gulf to Sarasota Bay. St. Armands Key and Lido Key lie just south of Longboat Key and West of Sarasota. Lido Key is bordered by Sarasota Bay on the East and by the Gulf of Mexico on the West. St. Armands Key is surrounded by Lido Key on the West and Sarasota Bay on the East. Longboat Key, Lido Key and St. Armands Key are directly connected to each other by bridges.
