The home is located in the northwest of Cape Coral where you can find great amenities within a short distance. If you are a nature lover consider going to the waterfront Sirenia Vista Park which is a great place to fish, launch your kayak, or just walk along the trail and see manatees and other wildlife. Within 10 minutes of the property, you will find many restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and much more to visit during your stay. You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed. This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption. Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation. There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.
