Welcome to our home! We are Connie & Becky, this has been our home for over 25 years. Where we fell in love and got married in our backyard! ❤️ Located 5 min from Montana De Oro & centrally placed for all of your coastal adventures. We are 15 miles from San Luis Obispo. Paso Robles, wine country, is 40 min NE & Pismo Beach is 20 min south. Los Osos is a quiet bedroom community w/ great hiking & walking trails. Come and enjoy our piece of paradise in Los Osos! We offer our two bedroom one bathroom home for guests to unwind and explore the Central Coast. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed along with a dresser and closet for your use. Enjoy our remodeled our kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Our home is stocked with dishes and cookware to enjoy meals in our dining room! We have a Keurig coffee maker and we provide coffee! . The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with essentials you may need during your stay. We provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer etc. Cozy up near the fireplace with a nice book in the living room. Our living room has cable TV where guests can connect to their own Netflix/Hulu account. 2022 New couch and loveseat. The couch has a pullout sofa bed for guests. Enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars in our private front yard lounging by the fire pit. Play a game of corn-hole while grilling on the BBQ! IMPORTANT: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties, or BBQ’s for anyone other than registered guests. This is a house for QUIET guests. We have a resident upstairs who works nights so please be respectful of sounds. Bring your bikes! We have plenty of space in the yard for guests to store their bikes. We have a pull out sofa in the living room. Extra sheets/blankets/ pillows are stored in the white chest. WIFI: 5G 100mbps download speed We have a shared washer & dryer outside near the garage available for guests staying THREE nights or longer. You will receive a code for the lock upon request. Guests will be able to access our home 24/7. There is a combination lock on the front door so guests can come and go as they please. We have a resident upstairs who works nights and will be sleeping during the day. Please be mindful of noise and be respectful thank you! We have a locked garage which we use to store supplies. Shared Washer and dryer are available near garage for guests staying 3 nights or longer. Please let us know if you have any questions before your stay! We give our guests their privacy to let them enjoy their stay. Guests will be able to let themselves into our home 24/7. We have a guest directory binder which answers questions on our home and local area. Our co-host and daughter-in-law, Mariah, is available in case of an emergency. If something urgent arises during your stay please call directly rather than message so she can respond as quick as possible. :-) Los Osos is a quaint bedroom community located in the middle of the Central Coast. We have limited sidewalks and street lights but that is what we love about our little town! ***Our home is on one of the main streets in Los Osos, however the house is set back on the property and enclosed by a large fence which gives a lot of privacy. Surrounding Areas: Montana De Oro 5 mi San Luis Obispo 15 mi Avila Beach 17 mi Pismo Beach 20 mi Paso Robles (wine country) 40mi We are more than happy to give you specific distance info if you are attending an event on the coast, feel free to ask! PARKING: Please park facing the white fence. We have space for 2 cars to park side by side (the front of your car will be facing our address sign). The driveway is reserved for us. :-) We have a bus stop 1 block from our home (most guests prefer their own transportation). Uber & Lyft options are also available. We have a resident who live upstairs and works nights. Please keep noise and sounds to a minimum. We accept A dog with a pet fee. Pet Rules: 1) Dog may not be left alone at the house, even outside or in a crate. 2) No barking dogs allowed (our neighbors dog gets triggered) 3) Not allowed on ANY furniture or bed 4) Must clean up poop outside 5) Additional Dog will be charged a $50 pet fee.
