This cute cottage features a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, and full size appliances, along with basic cooking spices, and coffee. The master bedroom has a dresser, 2 nightstands, alarm clock, fan, and a king bed. The 400 sq ft loft has a Roku TV, 2 queen beds, a work space and game table. The downstairs living room has a huge comfortable sofa, Roku TV, and workspace. There is also a dining set inside and outside. Complementary Wi-Fi. Cell service is spotty but the WiFi is strong. Turn on the WiFi calling on your phone if your phone has this feature. There is a mini-split Air Handler for AC and heating on the wall. It does produce noise not unlike a regular fan. Depending on the time of year, there may be federal fire restrictions in place - which means no camp fires. While we do have free WiFi for guests. We cannot guarantee 100% service but the signal is strong and we work from the cottage as often as we can. Cell service is spotty in the area, we suggest you turn wi-fi calling on your phone if possible. The AC unit is an Air Handler on the wall and the fan does make noise. We service it regularly. The house is under updating, please excuse any imperfections. We are located in the mountains so there is plenty of wildlife in the area.
