Apartment 401 is located on the 4th floor of a shophouse building in Daun Penh. It is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the streets and has a view of the streets from the double volume windows. The apartment is conveniently located next to and nearby convenience stores, dry and wet markets, tourist attractions like Wat Ounalom, the Riverside and the Royal Palace. Apartment 401 is a perfect place to wind down or head to for rest and relaxation, especially after a long day of travel. Apartment 401 is a studio apartment with double volume floors. The floor of the apartment is concrete. Your bedroom will be located on the upper deck. The bedroom is equipped with a cupboard and wardrobe. The lower floor has a living room chair and table set where you can hang out with friends or visitors. There is a dining table right beside the stove to eat your meals. A fully equipped kitchen is available for you to cook and dine in. The toilets include a shower separated from the sink area. The showers have hot water and consistent strong water pressure (unless it is peak hours e.g. 7am-8am, 6pm-7pm). I am available 24/7 to assist with anything. Whether you need a list of suggestions on where to go or simply something in your apartment, I am more than happy to assist with that. We are located less than a minute away from the riverside, where you can experience a scenic jog, the Royal Palace, boat rides and gorgeous orange skies reflected off the water at sunset and sunrise. Also just around the corner is the famous and notorious street 136, where you’ll find many bars, restaurants, karaoke pubs, and entertainment. The city’s nightlife is roaring here. Multiple ATM machines and convenient stores can be found just steps away from the building.
