The Reception is a Building’s management team and is not responsible for working with our guests. The Kalim Bay Residence is set in a peaceful area just across the street from Kalim Beach. The vibrant center of Patong, with its nightlife venues, restaurants and shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Other popular destinations such as Kamala beach, Red Mountain Golf course, Tiger Kingdom or Elephant Jungle Sanctuary are within a 15-minute drive. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the island and the area. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw used. Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge. Please note, no parking space is available at the Residence.
