IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: Army Corps of Engineers and The City of Folly Beach will be renourishing our beach beginning "Early 2024 through August 22nd, 2024", per the latest update on the City of Folly Beach website. This means there will be machines on the beaches throughout this time frame, one block at a time. They have not yet provided any further information on scheduling, or dates of location, of where and when they will be on the beach specifically. There are Public beach accesses at nearly every block and/or half block across the entire island for you to use. For further information and to follow the renourishment, please visit the City of Folly Beach's website. Please note that our office does NOT have any more information than what is on their website, and we are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment during your stay. Welcome to Folly In Love! The main level of this bright, airy home is complete with an open concept, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, and Master Bedroom suite. Two guest bedrooms and a shared bath are located upstairs. The top floor opens to a spacious rooftop deck with a lounge and dining area and the best sunsets you can get! The ground level features a private fenced-in yard with an outdoor seating area, an outdoor shower, two hanging chairs facing the marsh, and a garage with a Tesla charging station. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride away and offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway and in the garage. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. We strive to ensure peace for all our guests, neighbors, and the community of Folly Beach. To comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does not listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revocation of the homeowner's business license. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
