This lovely apartment (for short or long term use), holds up to 4 guests comfortably but can easily accommodate two, is in the lovely King’s Park area where lots of restaurants, lounges, bakeries, cafes, parks, a casino, banks and hospitals are located. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the water taxis and downtown and about a 25 minute drive from the airport. My guests love taking a walk to the seashore to enjoy our lovely Caribbean Sea. This apartment comes with a living area for your leisure (includes very comfy double sized futon) and dining area for meals which has a/c and WiFi. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and utensils. The bathroom is stocked with personal amenities and clean towels. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen bed, flat screen tv with cable, a/c, wireless and a writing desk. Guests have access to the verandah that has a stylish bench to enjoy the fresh Caribbean Sea & my lovely garden. I love socializing with my guests; learning about all their wonderful experiences in my lovely country, learning about where they come from and exchanging cultures. I am always available for questions and answers via text or person to person since I live and work right from upstairs the apartment. I love living here because I’m pretty much in the center of the airport, downtown, water taxis & bus station. I am also very near hospitals, many restaurants and grocery stores. City Garden 2 @ King’s Park is only about 5-10 minutes from downtown by vehicle and about 20 mins from the airport. Kindly provide me with an ETA as soon as you have it available. It’s important to me because I prefer to personally greet my guests.
