Home is 5 minutes from I75 and a short drive to RAFB. Located on a half acre lot with a fenced in back yard and large covered patio makes it perfect for grilling out. Kitchen includes pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, dishwasher, coffee pot, stove and microwave. Large living room/dining room combo. Quiet neighborhood. Pets are welcome with condition They must be crated when alone inside. No Pittbulls.Maximum of 3 dogs. Pet deposit is per dog. The house sleeps 6 but I have added 2 more “people” to allow for pets. The entire home and yard is at your disposal! I am only a phone call away. I live in the area so if my presence is needed, I will be there The house does not have close neighbors. The lots next to it on both sides and across the street are not developed. Very quiet There is no public transportation, although Uber is always available. It has a large driveway wide enough for 2 cars to park side by side Although the fireplace is cute, it is not functional
