The living area and main bedroom both flow to the large balcony with sofa seating, a dining table and a gas BBQ for those al fresco dinners. Both bedrooms are large with airconditioning, lightout curtains, BICs & private bathrooms with showers. Also, 24 hour security, covered secure parking, a lift and an on-site gym. Enjoy a 3km morning walk along the waters edge from Beachwalk along 5 coves. You arrive to 24 hour security and a shaded underground parking area with an allocated parking bay D21. Step out of your car and either up a few stairs to the peaceful pool area or directly from the parking area into a lift to the 1st floor which serves only 2 apartments and opens 5 steps from your front door. The apartment is spacious and cool with a large outdoor living area with ceiling fans. Bedrooms have airconditioning and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers, toilet and vanity. Our huge kitchen is well thought out with all the appliances you will need including a Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, separate oven and hob and fridge. The pool area is spacious and has sun loungers with umbrellas. The front gate to the beach has a shower for rinsing after a day on the beach. The block has a small gym. Entire apartment, pool and surrounds as well as the gym We will be available and contactable throughout your stay but do not live on the premises. The area is close to all the main attractions and Grand Baie. The beach has shaded picnic areas, a local dive centre and swimming. There are also amazing secluded beaches with sandy shires and crystal clear waters. The very popular Perebere Beach, fantastic for swimming is also close by. Busses and all taxis run from outside the apartment so access is very easy Please note that our block is currently being painted and stairwell tiles are being upgraded. There may be occasional noise from 8am and this is why we have reduced the pricing until the end of September 2023
