It is home to 4 large shopping malls (SM Aura, Market Market, Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi Mall), not to mention the smaller shopping areas of Bonifacio High Street, etc. BGC is a well-planned urban area with lots of open spaces such as parks and a jogging path in the Greenway, just beside the Manila Golf Club. The area of the condo is right next to Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Malla and Grand Hyatt hotel. Offices and nearby are groceries, convenience stores, banks and a wide array of restaurants. BGC is pedestrian-friendly, you can walk to anywhere in safety. Else, you can also get a taxi or Grabcar, a private car or use the BGC bus that goes around from Ayala and round to areas in BGC. Towels provided and initial toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bathroom tissue, are also provided. For long-staying guests, they will need to buy additional on their own. Bedsheets and towels are changed every 7 days for long-staying guests. Schedule can be plus/minus 1 to 2 days from 7th day due to cleaner availability. Pay parking available in the building at B2 for Php50 first 3 hours, and 15 for succeeding hours. Plus Php200 for overnight parking. If this is full, you can park as well in Uptown Mall. IMPORTANT!! Electricity & Water Cap A. No cap on bookings below 25 days. B.  Bookings of 25 days will have a cap on electricity of Php12,000 and Php2,000 for water.
