Located within a serviced aparthotel complex.there are numerous recreational facilities located at the premises such as swimming pool,gym,spa (with salon and barbershop),in and outdoor bar,pool side lounge and grill centre,restaurant, etc. Guest has shared access to the lounge,kitchen,dining area,and laundry contained within the apartment. For the recreational facilities (pool,gym,spa,grill,in door lounge,outdoor/pool side bar,guest also has shared access at extra charges applied by the management of the premises. Guest may reach me at reasonable hours through WhatsApp messages or sms.Calls may also be placed for urgent issues. The neighbourhood serene, bourgeois (but in a good way) and highly secure as mobile police men guard the high profile dignitaries that stay within the neighbourhood. Uber and bolt are easily accessible for the property. The local cabs and buses could also be accessed by a 3 minute walk to the major road. The state electricity supply is pretty much stable. There is an inverter installed to ensure uninterrupted power supply on the light bulbs,tv,fan and sockets for charging of phones/electronic devices etc pending when the state power is restored. This Inverter does not however power the airconditioner, fridge,microwave or iron. There is a standing fan provided in the room during this interval. As this is a self-centered apartment,guests are expected to clean after themselves.There is however a housekeeper on ground for guests that may wish to request his assistance.
