The marina offers boat, paddle board, and kayak rentals. You can order food and drinks pool side • Walden Yacht Club which offers fine dining (casual dress) and an amazing Sunday brunch • At the Marina, Einstein’s Ship Store rents boats, kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats • The cove is calm and a no wake zone so perfect for enjoying kayaking and paddle boarding on • There is a playground too • Our community center offers a workout room, tennis, pickle ball and an indoor heated lap pool. • You will find a public golf course at Margaritaville (3 minutes away) Although, we are not on-site, but we are only a phone call away! The Walden neighborhood is a peaceful neighborhood with access to the lake on all sides. There are a lot of things to do nearby this property, which is in a calm cove. There are two restaurants, a dog park, a marina where you can rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc., as well as a communal pool and a complex pool. The Margaritaville resort is only a short drive from the condo, which is tucked away in an appealing residential area. On and off the lake, there are a lot of things to do. You can easily access The Woodlands for dining, shopping, and entertainment options, including the Cynthia Woods Pavilion concert venue. It's only a short drive to the Texas Renaissance festival, which runs from October through December. Only 45 to 60 minutes separate you from Downtown Houston, a fantastic destination. Enjoy Houston's numerous bars, eateries, and entertainment opportunities. Head over to a Rockets, Astros, or Texans game. This downtown won't let you down! The best means of transportation is an automobile. All of the following are easily accessible by foot: the Yacht Club, Breakwater Grille, and Safe Harbor Walden Marina. There is unreserved parking available on-site at the condo with a provided parking pass. If you have more than two automobiles, you MUST park in the "visitor" spaces or risk having your vehicle towed. We will provide a boat/trailer sticker for your trip if you are bringing your boat. A permission can only be granted if you seek a sticker at least 48 hours beforehand. Trailers must be left at the exclusive boat launch. We will be pleased to provide you with all of that information prior to your arrival. Simply let us know if you plan to bring your boat or jet skis! For your getaway, our cove offers so much! Although you can go everywhere by foot, driving is also an option. For each visitor, we provide two parking passes. RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental agreement will be sent in your booking message. Please follow the instructions and agree to our rental agreement to confirm your booking. If you do not agree with our rental agreement you may cancel your reservation within the first 48 hours after booking.
