This private guest suite space is attached to our home, where the private patio shares a fence with our backyard. Please note: - Since we are located on a busy street, you may notice occasional sounds of street cars driving. - Our fur dog roams our backyard from time to time but does not have access to your private patio. - Washer + Dryer is a 2 in 1 unit Guests will have private access to the guest suite and the patio attached to it.
