Please read our fur friend guidelines. Occupancy is for 2 guests only please. The "mother in-law" apartment is attached to our main residence and shares on common wall. The apartment is complete private with private entrance. The whole home was renovated in 2018. The apartment has 1 bedroom located off the kitchen and is furnished with a queen bed, full dress, closet and nightstand. Private full bathroom with tub, sink, and toilet. The eat in livingroom has a smart tv and a mid-century vibe couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools and implements to make a full meal, including a stove/oven and spices. Drip coffee and Keurig coffee makers as well as a tea kettle. The apartment shares a wall with the main house and an old doorway has been blocked off for everyone's privacy. No interior spaces are shared. You may hear our boys jumping about over on our side of the house. The yard is shared and we like to work outside when the weather is nice. Our old dog, Sunny roams the yard as well. The front door has an elock as well as a key lock for your convenience. Please let us know if you need anything. We are here to help. Boyne Falls Village is a very small village at the corner of 131 and 75. The house it self sites right in town across from the local church and township offices. Conveniently located close by are a gas station, a couple restaurants and Dollar General for last minute needs. Located at the Junction of 131 and 75 everything up north is at your finger tips. There's a great bike trail from Boyne Falls to Boyne City. We are on a septic so its really important that nothing goes down the drains or in the toilet that is not water, toilet paper. Our well water is rather hard and drinkable but we do provide a water purifier. The apartment is about 700 sq feet and is comfortable for 2 people. Additional charges of $35/per person will be assessed for extra guests.
