Welcome to The Pipal Tree! It is a modern villa for up to six people in Pokhara offering a tranquil escape on top of a hill at 1100 meters from the vibrant pace of Pokhara Valley. The final 400m road to the villa is a dirt road. We can provide transportation options from both the airport and the city through our trusted travel partner. The nightly rate is determined by the number of occupants. This minimal villa is for small families or close friends to spend quality time & create memories. Fully self-contained, this charming mountain villa is yours to love with two generous queen bedrooms, an attic with twin single beds, and two bathrooms (one on each floor), a modern kitchen, a living area, a dining table for six, and an outdoor laundry. The ground floor opens to a lawn with views of the Annapurna ranges and an infinity pool. Rest, relax, and be revitalized at The Pipal Tree Mountain Villa. 1. The property is located on top of a hill (10 min from Pokhara), therefore accessing the property by car or motorcycle is recommended. If required, we are happy to help you arrange a vehicle and driver for pick up and drop off from Pokhara to the property. Let us know! 2. Guests will have their keys and can access the property 24 hours. 3. The villa is not attached to the main house (hosts live in the same compound) but is a standalone building in the backyard. We can arrange all your travel needs in Nepal including trekking packages, and all adventure tourism options in Pokhara such as paragliding, ultra-light flights, hot air balloon etc.
