The interior of the home has three bedrooms all with an AC unit and cooling fans. The first room is the master bedroom with a King-sized bed. The second room has three beds, two singles and one double. The third room has a Queen size bed. All rooms have wardrobes for clothes storage with clothes hangers. The living room, dining area and kitchen have an open-concept design with air-conditioning. The main bathroom is very spacious, which also accommodates the washing machine. Both baths have a hot and cold shower, water filter system and pressure pump. There is also a soundless/noiseless backup inverter system in the event there is a power outage. Access is allowed to the entire place. I will be available at any time for assistance when needed. I reside less than 5 minutes away from the property. The area is known as the Joint Service housing scheme which was constructed for current and retired members of the Police force and Military. This area is very tidy, quiet and safe.
