A bilingual population (Rus/Az) with a love for classical culture and hunger to succeed in the modern world. The street is named after Uzeyir Hajibeyov, the composer of the Azerbaijani national anthem. You'll find bars, cafés, art studios, and even the seat of government all within a few streets. A 24/7 Bravo Supermarket and a bunch of embassies are right across the corner. The two expat centres, Port Baku, and Nizami are 15 mins on either side. The Boulevard is one street away.
