Enjoy this spacious house located in the very desirable Sousa Beach neighborhood. Enjoy the refreshing pool or beautiful ocean. Gaze upon the ocean & mountain views from the main second floor terrace or the third floor tiki. A grocery store is just a few minutes walk from the house. Restaurants & Bars are across the street on Sousa Beach or in downtown Sousa, a 5 minute walk. Enjoy Fishing, Diving, Kiteboarding, Waterfalls, Ziplining, or Simply Relaxing...then this is your Vacation Destination. This unique property is surrounded by a privacy wall with electronic gate access. The garden & pool area is lush with palms, orchids, or many other tropical plants. The indoor/outdoor living space is cozy but spacious. The bedrooms are huge. You can grill on a large propane grill on the 2nd floor terrace or down by the pool. You have exclusive use of the pool area, the entire 2nd floor unit (3 bedrooms/3bathrooms) and 3rd floor tiki, which is shown in the photos. There is a laundry room on the 1st floor with access from the side driveway. Guests will NOT have access to the downstairs unit being renovated (however, NO renovations occur while guests are staying on the property). Guests will not have access to the storage room or equipment room. We are available to assist you as needed. We offer personal check-in upon your arrival. We can direct you to many activities to do in the area as well as recommendations to local restaurants. If you want daily maid service, that is an extra fee. Sousa Beach Neighborhood. The home is just off the main road (Hwy 5) We are located adjacent to Casa 21 (a highly rated small boutique hotel). Many locals also call the neighborhood "The Piano". It is a very safe area, however you should always be aware of your surroundings. The home is inside a secure concrete wall compound for additional security with video surveillance and electronic gates. Depending on your vacation plans, a vehicle may not be needed. Our home is located about 10 minutes from the Puerta Plata Airport by vehicle and within walking distance to downtown Sosua, the Sosua Beach, and a grocery store. However if you rent a vehicle there is secure off street parking on the property. Enough room for 4 vehicles. A taxi stand is also located at the middle stairs to Sousa Beach about a 1 minute walk. The government's power supply is fairly reliable. However, the property does have battery and generator backup power supply, which powers most of the house during any short-term outage. NO illegal drug use on the property or other illegal activities.
