We are a cozy, rustic, off-grid style getaway. The house is modest, but the location is perfect. Safe, gated (controlled access) neighborhood where walking/biking is safe and enjoyable for any person at any time. 5-8 minute walk from the beach. 20 minute drive from the river. We intentionally don't have wifi - you'll have to talk to each other or go on an adventure instead :) I can help you as much as you’d like. I know the area well and can put you in touch with tour guides, surf instructors, or recommend places to visit. I also have a printed guide in the house that has local info too. Gated neighborhood with a call box to enter. Controlled access. Safe for all people and at all hours. Beautiful Mountain Views. A key I provide takes you to the gated pool and for the walking access gate to the beach. Plenty of parking for 2 cars of any size in the driveway.
