You can use designated outdoor areas like the kiosko. Please ensure that cigarette butts are properly extinguished and disposed. Pets: Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets in our studio. Hopefully, someday! Guest Limit: The studio is designed for a maximum of two guests. Please do not invite additional visitors without prior approval. No Parties or Additional Guests: Hosting parties and inviting more people to the accommodation are strictly prohibited. Property Damage Responsibility: Any damage to the property must be assumed and financially covered by the responsible tenant. Key Responsibility: You are responsible for the key during your stay. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Check-out Time: Check-out time is at 11 am. If you'd like to extend your stay, please let us know in advance. If you check out after 11 am, an automatic late checkout fee of $25 will be applied. Cleanliness: Leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash properly.
