This apartment is in the back of the building but only steps to the beach. Large enough for four people or a small family, having a full kitchen with all you need to cook up something delicious. Live like a local; take a stroll, walk or run if you like, cook or buy food ready to eat. Enjoy a spectacular sunset every evening on our beach. We are always available by message if needed. We have recently upgraded to ductless air conditioners instead of window units. We continue to improve it. There is a dual-purpose coffee maker available for pods or ground coffee. Full size refrigerator so you can store what you like while there, grocery stores are close by. There is a private deck with a little table and two chairs and your own entrance to this apartment. A new entrance is being constructed just a step down from the road to be completed soon. We are continuing to improve and add value to this apartment as we go and hope you will enjoy your time on our little island. We do not live on the island but we have people who can help if you have concerns just message and we will do our best to address any issue just remember you will be on island time and everything moves slower there. Only two roads on this small island the upstreet with ocean view and the downstreet with bay view. Many places to buy fruits and veggies, homemade bread or pastries, home cooked food and groceries, where bottled water and ice is also available. Don't forget a trip to CJ's on the patio overlooking the beach to get food and a drink of choice. Then there is the resort with restaurants and casino and even Starbucks coffee. Pick what you like, try Ebbies or Stuarts conch shack or Big Mkes right across the road from your apartment for fresh conch salad. You will find everyone friendly and willing to help. Many golf carts for rent or taxis available or just walk around the island at your leisure. We make every effort to make sure our pest control comes on a regular basis, tropical insects, geckos, and sometimes iguanas can be a challenge to control. Our cleaning staff are directed to make sure all is clean and ready for arriving guests but if you have a concern, please message us so we can address any issues. Relax and enjoy your island time.
