It is comprised of a cozy living room with smart TV connected to local cable and wifi, a dining area and a large balcony with a panoramic sea view. The balcony is furnished with four outdoor wooden chairs and a table suitable for a Lebanese breakfast. The rooms are newly furnished. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a wardrobe, two side tables, a window that opens on a quite backyard and an AC. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower tube, hot water, towels and essentials. The second room has two single beds (100cm width), one side table, a commode with three drawers, a cloth stand, and a sofa. It has a window that opens on a quite backyard and an AC. Bed sheets and towels are provided for both rooms. The second bathroom is not connected to any of the rooms, it opens on the corridor. The guest bathroom doesn’t provide a shower. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, blender, kettle and coffee machine. All utensils for cooking and dining are provided. This apartment also provide a free parking on premises. Guests have access to the entire apartment. My guests can contact me anytime on my personal phone when needed. Quite neighbourhood This beautiful apartment is located 8 minutes away from Tripoli city center, 3 minutes from Qalamoun where you can shop for groceries, and 4 minutes from the University of Balamand. It also has a quick access to beach resorts. Gas station and pharmacy are in proximity. Edit Electricity is provided 19/24 hrs where guests can use all electric appliances at once. The 5 remaining hrs are powered by UPS for lighting, wifi and fans. As from April 2024 electricity will be available 24 hours a day. Cleaning services during stays are provided for additional fees. Note that wifi is limited to 300Gb per month. If more is required, additional cost will apply.
