When you visit Nina’s Lakeview you will enjoy easy access to everything from the Ark Encounter to the Cincinnati Zoo. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes two bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, one-half bath, and access to the balcony overlooking the lake. Nina’s Lakeview has been newly remodeled with fresh paint, new flooring, brand new beds, mattresses, linens, bath accessories, kitchen supplies and other accommodations for your use. Just minutes from Interstate 75, guests have easy access to the Ark Encounter (about 10 minutes and you can be in the parking lot!), Starbucks, Walmart, antique shopping, and a variety of restaurants. We are located about half-way between Lexington and Cincinnati. Our guests have access to the entire left side of the duplex. The only shared space could be the yard behind the duplex and the parking out front. If you need more space for a larger group, this entire building could be reserved. The duplex is located on Race Street - at the end of the street with minimal traffic. There are 2 free parking spaces in front of Nina’s Lakeview for your convenience. Because of the close proximity to Interstate 75 our guests have easy access to grocery stores and restaurants.
