This upstairs part of the house is all yours and our aim is to help you enjoy Hawaii by providing you with what you will need for a long term stay (30 plus days only). 2 Air Units are provided or open the windows to enjoy the winds. 4 beds for 6 maximum occupancy. Beach necessities provided or enjoy the neighborhood trail hike. Waikiki, Kailua 20-25 min away (b.o. traffic). Please note: 1. We require the Legal names & Current ID of each occupant of this space 18 and over and 2. Vehicle Make/Model/License Plate of any overnight vehicles parking under the car port at any time (limited to 2 tandem, depending on size). All vehicles must be in working order. Parking is at a premium, and the HOA will tow any vehicles not providing this information at cost to anyone non-compliant. Located in the Kalihi Valley this space is ours when we aren't at our main home. We know our neighbors and everyone is pretty quiet, with quiet hours of 8PM-8AM. You will notice (as in a lot of Hawaii) rooster and cat noises. However, Alexas provided in each room to play white noise if you are a light sleeper. Fans as well in each room. We recommend a rental vehicle to enjoy all of the island, as you can get to many areas of the island being 5 minutes from H-1 Highway and the Likelike Hwy. Please note: This unit is located at the top of a steep hill, however compact cars, the UPS/Fed Ex truck, and small suv's all make it up fine. The hill allows for great winds into the home, rains from the valley and rainbows. The bus runs below the steep hill. You will have tandem covered parking (depending on size, 2 vehicles could possibly fit). Guest Parking is on a first come basis. Extra Parking on the hill below (first come, first serve).
