Our villa is conveniently located between Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing and close to Colony Plaza which includes grocery, gas, dining, and more. This newly renovated villa is in the sought-after Village of Pine Ridge. We are located in the hub of all of the fun. This property is a short golf-cart ride to the Pine Ridge neighborhood pool, Moyer Recreation Center and Colony cottage regional rec center! This property is furnished with all of the comforts of home. The villa has two bedrooms, one king with a walk-in shower and closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and tub-shower combination. There is a pocket door in between the second bedroom/bath combo to provide privacy for your guests and family. Fully-equipped kitchen. Outside includes an enclosed Lanai with a loveseat and chairs, and a fenced-in courtyard with a gas grill. This is all surrounded by the gorgeous Florida landscape. Also included is the use of a two-seater gas golf cart bag holder. We have also included a set of golf clubs for use while you stay. Please return them to the garage and don’t leave on golf cart while not golfing. Thanks In the Villages, there are two options to obtain a guess pass. A guest ID is free, although if you want to make any type of reservation such as golf tee times, you will need to purchase a lifestyle ID. There is a $50 fee for two passes which are paid directly to the Villages (not included in the rental price), The passes are only available during your stay. We will send additional information prior to your arrival so these can be available when you arrive. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart.
