Our luxurious RiNo Flat is a fantastically located just steps away from the boutique Ramble Hotel. It's available now for month-to-month. Decorated in modern bohemian style, the RiNo Flat is the perfect home base to explore all that Denver's burgeoning arts district has to offer - OR (for a while!) it's the perfect spot to get some Zoom calls in while sheltering in place. With its comfortable couches, turntable, stacks of interesting books, sleek kitchen amenities and luxe queen sized mattress, the RiNo Flat is a great place to chill. An intimate space with great lighting and music, a cozy evening and a good night's sleep is our focus in this space. We've invested in soft bedding and new luxe mattresses for your sleeping pleasure. The RiNo Flat is a new build, and the walls are sound rated so you will not be disturbed. Our custom turntable provides excellent tunes - spinning old school vinyl or playing directly from the attached iPad - and our fridge is stocked with local beers for your enjoyment. Our bookshelves are loaded with interesting things to read while you watch the sunrise over Denver with a cup coffee in the morning. We hope you have a wonderful, magical stay in our space - we designed it for this exact purpose! The entire flat is yours. Private bedroom, living room with upscale pull out bed from Room and Board, private balcony overlooking downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. You will have secure access to the parking garage, one parking space, and the building where our unit is located. We also have a fenced in courtyard and dog washing station in the garage for those with pets. 420 friendly (though we ask all smoking of any kind be done on the balcony). Our fast wifi makes it a great spot to work from home, or to catch up on Netflix shows! We love the RiNo District and chose to make this neighborhood our home on purpose - it's our favorite place in Denver and we love sharing insider tips with our Air BnB guests to help make the most of your stay. We are happy to let guests explore and discover on their own; we won't intrude but will be available if asked. Our flat, located on the third and top floor, has an outdoor balcony that overlooks the Rocky Mountains and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a quiet moment amidst the urban landscape of Denver. The RiNo is a wonderful neighborhood with art and food and culture all around! It is home to Denver's famous "Crush Walls," where muralists from around the world come to decorate walls with their art. Our building is sustainably built with the environment in mind, our neighbors are great, and it would be the perfect spot to "shelter in place" in Denver. We have one parking space dedicated for guests, and street parking is also available. We are close to major bus routes and the Union Station train terminal. The River North (RiNo) District is a transitional urban neighborhood. You will see young hipsters riding scooters and also homeless folks. Our location is in a vibrant urban setting and guests who enjoy the diversity and energy of city living will appreciate the RiNo Art District very much. During this "stay at home" time, the Rino Flat is truly the perfect spot to shelter at home and practice social distancing in a beautiful, furnished place with a private balcony and view of the mountains.
