The trade winds keep you cool and comfortable, but every room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The building has free Wi-Fi for guests and is smoke free. There is reserved parking and laundry facilities. Gas BBQ grills are available on the lawn and the kitchen is fully equip. The only thing between the unit and the ocean is the pool and grassy lawn for lounging. Being second from the ocean end of the building the unit is very quiet, the waves tranquilize you to sleep every evening in our king size beds.
