Three windows admit natural light and allow for cross-breeze through the space, if you prefer. Furnishing includes a queen bed, dining table, kitchenette with microwave, gas stove with oven, and refrigerator. Take note of our space saving bathroom layout as shown in our photos. There is an adjoining door to a second unit. It remains locked during individual bookings. The studio apartment is completely self contained and is for your exclusive use. Laundry facilities are shared. I visit the property periodically to do external inspection and maintenance typically between 8am and 2pm. Please let me know if you prefer complete privacy or if you are open to more interaction. Airport pick up can be arranged with our preferred drivers (subject to availability, so please inquire in advance). Typical Airport trip is US$50 each way. Mostly quiet neighbourhood. Dead end street. Neighbours are all long-term residents. We notify our neighbours when guests book with us. Several households have dogs. They provide additional security to the area. See disclosures under Info for Guests - Safety. Route (shared) taxis ply the main road (Morne Coco Road) regularly. Private (pirate) taxis are widely used but it is not advised. Buyer beware. Bus service also runs from a bus stop nearby to and from Port of Spain. The schedule is variable and inconsistent. Uber-styled taxi services are available. DropTT and TTrideshare. Shopping mall, groceries, banks, atm's are all within walking distance (less than 15 mins). There is a disassembled concrete patio set visible on the compound. It is packed neatly and does not impede your access to the space. Do not attempt to move any of the parts. They are heavy. There are some long items stored in the laundry area. They do not obstruct your use of the area.
