Our property is a peaceful oasis surrounded by trees and wildlife. It’s the perfect getaway from the bustling city life. We have put in a lot of love and effort in making our chalet comfortable and welcoming for our guests, creating an environment where you can relax, unwind and recharge. We want every guest to feel at home and have a memorable experience during their stay. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and sharing our little piece of paradise with you. This recently renovated, stylishly furnished 700 sq ‘ chalet, set in the woods overlooking a 1 acre pond, is perfect for couples, small families or friends. This comfortable setting is ideal for reflecting and relaxing in nature. Wildlife such as deer and blue herons visit regularly. The chalet features an open floor plan with a cozy living room and kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and all your favorite hot beverages. Guests can expect to find fresh complimentary muffins, fresh yard eggs and freshly ground coffee. The cottage has two connecting bedrooms, a queen bed suite and the second having a twin over full bunkbed/futon, all with the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms are naturally dim, therefore allowing the perfect ambiance for sleeping in or enjoying a quiet morning to do some stretching, catch up on your social media or reading a good book. Each bedroom has their own Smart TV, with the master suite having a white noise/sound machine. The one modern bathroom with tub/shower combo is stocked with the necessary hygiene products to help make your stay feel just like home. Outside you'll find many amenities including: a dining and hot tub pavilion, BBQ area, fire pit with seating, a nature trail, a floating dock, a pedal boat and a stocked pond for fishing. The floating dock is perfect for fishing off of or sunbathing. There are also many nearby attractions to explore from vineyards and brewery’s, to parks and museums. Enjoy shopping at local mercantiles where you’ll find fashion, art and a wide range of crafts. On the weekend, the local Farmer’s Market will certainly not disappoint! We are always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations about the area. We are only a text away! Rural Setting Private Parking DOG POLICY: We accept up to 2 dogs-preapproval required. Our pet fee is $20 per dog per night. Please request a copy of our dog agreement. NO SMOKING INDOORS: If it has been determined that a guest(s) smoked tobacco/vape indoors, a $500 smoking fee will occur to cover cost of Odor Removal Services. NOTE: Septic system is checked after each guest. If any items other than toilet paper are found, a $250 maintenance fee will be charged.
