Welcome to our beautiful remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Quinta (w/ new pool and big yard) located on the Beach of Lake Nicaragua in Granada! Just 17 min drive from central Granada. You’re able to visit Granada during the day and come back to the peace and quiet of the Lake. Our Quinta is the perfect vacation spot for couples, families, or groups of friends looking to relax and soak up the stunning views of the lake and the warmth of the Sun. The constant breeze from the lake will keep you cool! We have 4 bedrooms, with a primary bedroom that hosts a king size bed. We welcome groups up to 12, as long as you feel comfortable with your sleeping arrangement. We also have 2 air mattresses that can be put in the living room in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, we are thrilled to offer you all the amenities a stay in paradise should have: hot water, air conditioning, soft bedding, large backyard for kids to run around, brand new pool, and an unbeatable view, with direct access to the lake. *PLEASE READ IN FULL. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND AFTER CHECK-IN FOR ANY ITEMS LISTED BELOW. Our home is located approximately 15-20 minute drive from Granada parque central. Taxi service is not readily available so you must have your own transportation to/from the home or taxi service can be arranged by our home manager. Nicaragua is a tropical climate/environment which we cannot control. We have air conditioning and fans but it can be hot despite this. Additionally, there can be bugs/insects at our home including, but not limited to, geckos, lizards (outside), ants, mosquitos, and non-biting midges (chayules) (outside). We treat our property to minimize these insects but cannot guarantee they will not be present because this is a tropical climate and these insects are native to the area and necessary for the natural habitat. You will not be refunded or discounted any portion of your stay for the presence of these insects/bugs. There is typically a constant flow of wind from the lake into the house. If this will be an issue please do not book with us. Additionally, there are rare occasions where the electricity will go out, it is not particular to the home, but the surrounding area. The electricity may go out for up to 60 minutes, but usually for less than 20 minutes. We work hard to create a safe, comfortable and hospitable environment for your stay, but we can only do what is within our control. We ask that you consider all these factors carefully before proceeding with your booking. If any of these are problematic for you we politely request that you find alternate accommodations. You will be able to use the entire living space of the house. The back of the house is the bodega that has our washer and dryer. If you need clothes washed, Lesbia (property manager) will be happy to take care of that for you at a small cost. Lesbia, our property manager will be your go-to person for any issues that may arise. She is Spanish speaking only, but it is sufficiently easy to use a translation app to communicate. If the issue requires my assistance, she will easily be able to reach me. Lakefront pueblo where all the community knows each other and looks out for each other. Sidewalks are regularly used for walking up and down the street. There are only small family run stores nearby, if you need a big store or pharmacy, all you would need to do is take a quick taxi to town. Around town: The Quinta is 7-9 minute taxi ride back to town. Easy ride and very inexpensive. If you need a taxi to be coordinated for you, our property manager would be happy to do that for you. You may even be able to set up a direct line with the taxi driver to pick you up and drop you off where and when you need. From Airpot: If you need to be picked up from the airport to the Quinta, please let us know at least 7 days in advance. You will cover the cost of the taxi from the airport to the Quinta (and from the Quinta to the airport if you so choose that service). We have completely renovated the entire home. We’ve added air conditioning (night time use only), new windows and screens, beautiful patio accordion door to show the beautiful view, built a brand new expansive pool with lakefront view, new soil and grass that has been leveled out, new backyard fence that doesn’t obstruct your view and brand new dining room furniture!
