Screened rms offer AC units, amazing views and a king bed in the master. Minutes from local restaurants, and a short drive to beaches and new places to explore. (1 small dog allowed with $75 pet fee) The condo has: 1. 24 hr. security in a gated community 2. A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare a family meal, just bring your groceries. 3.A coffee bar has a startup set of regular coffee, sugar and tea. Feel free to access our pantry and fridge for your basic condiments and a kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheets and trash bags. 4.The main balcony has ample sitting space to enjoy the views with a cold drink in hand, and when heading to the pool/beach you can grab one of our pool towels in the master rm basket and the cooler found in rm 2. 5. A large 55 inch TV with access to streaming apps and Disney +.The TV cabinet holds the board games, card games, and internet router (WIFI). 6.The 2 newly renovated bathrooms offer a choice of tub or shower. The bathrooms come with extra toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. 7.All rooms have new AC units. Room 1 has a queen size bed and room 2 has a bunk bed with a full bed in the bottom and twin bed on the top. Both rooms have large closets with mirror doors to reflect the awesome views. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony, working area and plenty of options to store your belongings. The hair dryer and extra floor fan are stored in the master room. There is a locked storage closet in this room for service employees only. 8. Upon request we have a play yard, portable baby chair with tray and a bath chair for adults with mobility issues. 1. Your ID/ registration papers must be submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival. Guests must register with security upon first coming into the property. Be aware that security patrols the complex and you might need to wait to gain gate access at certain times of day. Parking passes will be given and must be displayed on the dashboard at all times. 2. A guest form will be sent a week before your check in date. Please return it via email no later than 3 days prior to check in, since it will be required to go through security. Only the people named in the registration will have access to the condo and facilities. 3. A door key code will be sent on checking day that will give you access to the condo at 4 pm. 4. Guests are able to use all the facilities at Gazebo del Mar, the larger of the 2 pool/sport facilities near the entrance to the complex. All other facilities are for title holders only. 5. The beach access is just a short walk from the entrance. Cross the street into the Punta Tuna Natural Reserve. The water is rough and you should be very careful, not recommended for swimming. The area is the nesting ground of the "tinglar" or sea turtle, and we should respect all the marked nesting sites. A wonderful place for a walk or just sit and enjoy the salty ocean breeze with a good book. You are welcome to reach out for questions or recommendations. We are here to make your stay enjoyable. A rural community in the east of the island surrounds the gated beach resort in front of the Punta Tuna Natural Reserve and the Maunabo lighthouse. It takes minutes to the center of this charming town where you'll find local restaurants and markets. A quick drive to neighboring Yabucoa and Humacao will fulfill any other necessities you might require. To reach Villas del Faro you will need to drive there in private or rented car. No public transportation is available for this area. Uber and Lift are mainly available in the capital, San Juan, and its neighboring municipalities. Maunabo is about 1 hr and 15 minutes drive from the LMM International Airport. El Yunque National Park requires visitors to make reservations. Please visit "recreation(dot)gov" and search tickets for el yunque. We are very proud of our rainforest and our work to protect it after the hurricanes. The water is spectacular. For a family friendly swimming beach visit Seven Seas, in the town of Fajardo. It is a short drive, has parking, bathrooms/showers and places to buy snacks.
