The outdoor space provides access to the large deck and outdoor grassy area. Guests do not have access to a smaller portion of the deck that is visibly closed off and blocked off as well as a closed off studio with separate entrance. This three bedroom rental is completely private. Attached, but separate is a one bedroom self contained unit with a separate entrance. This unit is used occasionally during your stay, we want to accurately describe the space. We plan to stay out of the guests way. Always available if needed. Texts typically receive the quickest reply. Eastound Overlook is located just at the cusp of town, overlooking the idealic Salish Sea. Easy to locate and either a couple minute drive or walk into downtown Eastound. The home is located on a large lot, plenty of space to stretch your legs and settle in. Parking is available at the home for up to 3 vehicles. If you don't want to search for parking while you explore downtown you can easily walk in under 10 minutes. The home is located about 20 minutes from the ferry terminal. There is to be no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the rental. Any smoking must be at the designated spot on the property map and all butts must be extinguished in the provided can. Fire on an island is a serious hazard. Please be extra careful. Only validated/confirmed SERVICE animals are allowed on the property. Emotional support pets do not qualify in Washington State. This needs to be communicated and approved at the time of booking. This rental is kept as allergen free as possible. Due to elevated landscaped areas children must be supervised on the property at all times for their safety.
