I give my guests space but am available when needed to offer help throughout their stay. One of our team will be waiting at the villa to hand keys over, and give you a quick tour of the place. If I am not able to do this initial meet-and-greet, I am happy to come welcome you in person the next day, to introduce and also answer any questions you may still have about the place.
