Private Primary Suite at 'Fourteen Serpentine'
Our 'Primary' suite is a spacious 280 square feet and offers a comfortable retreat for your Bermuda stay. Rest and relax in a well-appointed space with thoughtful touches including a queen sized bed, work desk with business accessories, wifi, shared access to a full bathroom with tub down the hallway, balcony access and more. Welcome to 'Fourteen Serpentine,' your Bermuda retreat. Located on 14 Serpentine Road, Pembroke Parish, steps from a grocery store, pizzeria, and local fast food. Beaches are a 20-minute walk, City Hall an 8-minute walk, and Front Street just 15 minutes away. Immerse in convenience and comfort at 'Fourteen Serpentine.' You have access to all the spaces on the property except for the secondary suite, the studio and the garage. There is also an outdoor clothes line. I will be available for assistance and will keep in touch in person and via the AirBNB Platform, email and text. It's important to know how to get to the house because although the address is what it is, you access from the back of the property. Please communicate with your taxi or transport provider the address and that you are at you are headed towards the Garden Market, near BELCO (our electricity provider). This gives them the general area. The house is across the street from the Garden Market. If you are at the Garden Market parking lot (the white house across the street is where you want to go) head back onto Serpentine Road (heading back towards BELCO) and make the immediate next right turn onto Rockville Lane, go over the speedbump and take the next right turn onto Rockville Close. Drive up the hill slowly and it's the big white house, #14, on the right. You'll see the house as it appears in the photographs. Access it up the few stairs, under the covered porch and the door is right there. There's a blue lockbox with key for access inside. Note, there are cameras surrounding the property for safety and surveillance. There is so much within walking distance. Right across the street is a grocery store, liquor store, pizzeria, another bakery and more. City Hall is an 8 minute walk away, Hamilton Princess is maybe 15 minutes away. There is space for parking two vehicles on the property. During your stay, we kindly ask you to join us in our commitment to conserve water and electricity, as they are invaluable resources on this island. As you may already know, Bermuda can be quite expensive to live in, and responsible energy consumption is essential. Please feel free to enjoy the comfort of the air conditioner when needed, but we kindly request that you turn it off when you're away to avoid unnecessary energy use. Water conservation is equally important, so we encourage you to be mindful of your usage. Together, we can preserve the natural beauty of this paradise while being mindful of our impact.
