Guests enjoy quick, easy access to the entirety of the Smokies, while still being far enough off the beaten path to enjoy the peace a cabin should provide. It has been family owned and managed since June 2022! -----Layout of the Cabin----- ★ Upstairs: Furnished with a comfortable king bed, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, two recliner loveseats w/console, 58" TV, clothes' drawer, and children's play space. On this level you will also find the full bathroom, a roofed balcony with a hot tub and a swinging bench. ★ Downstairs: Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, sleeper chair, 84" extra long convertible chair bed, pool table, multi-game arcade machine, kitchenette, another 58" TV, and a newly installed half bath adjacent to the stacked washer and dryer. -----Other Information----- ★ Our internet is FAST (1,000+ Mbps). ★ The hot tub comfortably fits 4 adults and we drain/refill it after each stay. ★ Our TVs are connected to the Wi-Fi set up on Guest Mode, but you must log in with your own accounts to access Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. ★ Our two-player arcade gaming table has many retro arcade games to choose from. Let us know if you set any high scores in the guest book! ★ We have retractable baby gates at the top and the bottom of the stairs to protect toddlers and babies! ★ In order for the booking to be confirmed and a door code to be generated, guests must sign our standard rental agreement and authorize a $400 security deposit hold within 24 hours of booking. These items will be sent in an email to guests when booking is received. Because it’s a credit hold, we, the hosts, do not receive that deposit. Money will only be drawn from it in case of significant damages or excessive cleaning fees that result from neglecting cabin rules and/or improper check-out. The hold only takes effect the day before check-in and is released at most three days after check-out. ★ Guests have access to the entire property except for the labeled, locked drawers and cabinets directly above and below kitchenette, the one by the dishwasher, as well as the bottom left cabinet in the kitchen (as you face the street). ★ Guests are welcome to message the host at any point through the Airbnb app. We will be prompt in answering, however, if the matter requires immediate attention, guests can call Marcel at the number found in the property manual. ★ Within 25 minutes, you can access Great Smoky Mountains National Park and explore its plethora of hikes and scenic drives.
