The unit opens onto a beautiful shared courtyard, where you will find a pool, grills and picnic tables, and yard games. Duke's East Campus, the South Ellerbee Creek trailhead, and Durham's popular Downtown, Brightleaf are all a short walk away, including the best coffee, food, and shopping that Durham has to offer. This newly renovated condo is beautiful from top to bottom. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steal appliances and bar stools. It opens to a spacious living room. Relax on our queen sized sleeper sofa as you watch a movie or read a book. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The bathroom, also recently updated. Guest have full access to their condo. In the common area you will enjoy a pool, yard chess, and peaceful seating areas. We will be available via the Airbnb app. We aim to respond within 5-10 minutes. Location. Location. Location. Walk to Duke's East campus in minutes. Stroll to a sushi dinner in Brightleaf Square. Scooter to the Durham Bulls Stadium. Durham Area Transit Authority: Cost of riding a city bus is $1 for a one-way fare, $.25 for students 17 and under with a DATA ID (available for free at Durham Station from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 12:30-4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) and free for youth 12 and under and seniors (transfers are free). Triangle Transit: Triangle Transit fares on regular Triangle Transit routes are $2.25, fare on the Triangle Transit Express routes is $3. They have 4 locations in Durham with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Chapel Hill and Raleigh.
