Breath taking newly constructed Beachfront Villa with the most amazing view and location in BlueVenao on the Azuero Peninsula, a unique beachfront community and tropical paradise, with miles of amazing beaches. Our sun-filled spectacular Villa is 4 bed/4.5 bath. Living, Kitchen and Terrace are fully equipped to relax, feel at home and enjoy your friends/family getaway! Chic and tropical beach-aesthetics with an open concept layout. The place is perfect for a large group of friends, families, avid surfers or digital nomads looking for a nice getaway and a unique beach community experience. BEDROOMS: Bedrooms come with complete bedding clothes/linens, pillows and blackout curtains. Distribution of beds for a total of 6 Adults + 2 Kids (10 yrs old max): Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed Bedroom 4: 1 Children's Bunk Bed (Twin/Twin) for kids up to 10 years old + a wooden baby crib. BATHROOMS: Full bathrooms with basics toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and extra toilet roll). KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, and serving ware. *Our welcoming package includes coffee (our famously known and delicious Panamanian beans), sugar, salt, pepper and oil to cook; dishwasher capsules (4), dish soap, new sponge and bin bags (2) for you to be set and ready as you arrive. LIVING SPACES: Integrated interiors with modern furnishings. The living area is set with a Flat screen TV w/ Netflix subscription. There is a dinning table for 6 and kitchen bar seats 4. In the terrace there is comfy outdoor furnishing to relax, unwind, enjoy the pool + the view. GENERAL: High-speed Wifi. A/C in every room. Complete laundry with washer/dryer, towels for use inside the Villa, as well as for the pool & beach. *Carbon BBQ can be provided by our on site team upon request (free of charge). *Crib and baby highchair can be provided by our on site team upon request (free of charge). The 4th Bedroom is for Kids up to 10 years only. It has a Kid Sized twin over twin bunk bed and a wooden baby crib. If you have children, the total amount of guests permitted per reservation is 6 adults and 2 kids + 1 baby. This is a brand new Villa therefore it does not have a power generator connected yet. In case of a power outage in the area, this Villa will remain without power until the general service is reestablished. Please be aware that no discounts or refunds will be issued due to electricity, water or internet outages as these are out of our control.
