The unit consists of 2 bedrooms, each with two beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom in addition to a guest bathroom. The kitchen is an open layout with all the necessary equipment needed. All rooms and living spaces are air-conditioned. The unit has a private rooftop where guests can enjoy a BBQ or other social gatherings. There is a second guest bathroom in the rooftop as well as a wet bar so guests can enjoy their gathering without having to go up and down. There is also a good size balcony overlooking the golf course. Guests also have access to a nanny/driver room in the garage. The space is spacious because it is a three bedrooms unit. However, guests will have access to only two bedrooms.
