Our sun-heated pool is steps from your front door, just past your private patio. You'll live eye level to the infamous "Best View in Negril". Meant To Be Villas is located on Westland Mountain Road in Negril. We are perfectly centrally located between 7 Mile Beach and the West End with its famous cliffs. Our property is lush with tropical palms, flowers, fruit trees, cactus, and ferns that frame our curved concrete villa. We also specialize in growing Jamaica’s unofficial national plant (ask us for more details). Guests are welcome to peruse our garden. We also have a dog, Coco, who is sometimes joined by her pup Ragga. They are both very sweet and friendly. If you hear Coco barking at night, please understand this is a good thing as she is a protector. No matter which of our units you are staying in, all guests are free to experience the Best View in Negril which can be seen on the upper pool veranda where there are spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The pool is open to all guests 24/7. We are new owners to an older property, we are young and ambitious and have dozens of projects planned for our property to enhance our guests’ experiences while we are simultaneously raising our baby. We appreciate your patience while we work on making everything more beautiful and efficient. All guests are welcome to our garden area, pool area, and outdoor shower. Guests are not allowed to enter other units without permission of the occupants. Guests are also not allowed to enter the building in the garden or the building next to the driveway. Welcome to our home. We are a working family with a young baby. We have many goals which include making our property as beautiful as we envision it can be. We spend our time working to accomplish those goals or we can be found relaxing and enjoying beautiful Jamaica. We are usually at home and available to help you with whatever you need during your stay. We are almost always reachable and will do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Westland Mountain Road is perfectly centrally located between the 7 Mile Beach side of Negril and the West End’s cliff side. There are many bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores within walking distance and even a beach a 5-minute walk away. The area is safe and boasts a vibrant community consisting of locals and foreigners alike. You can take a taxi, rental car, or bus to get to Negril. Getting around Negril is as easy as hailing a taxi. It usually costs $150JMD ($1USD/$1.31CAD/€0.98/£0.79) to get from our neighborhood to the center of Negril. If you have a rental car, you are free to park it either in our driveway (so long as our truck is not blocked) or outside of the gate where there is additional parking in our quiet and safe cul-de-sac.
