The apt has 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed that can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons The unit is equipped with a counter top electric stove, fridge, coffee pot , coffee, microwave, air conditioner, pots, pans and utensils, 5 gallon water, breakfast nuk, ceiling fan, side tables, hot and cold shower and a small clothes closet space. Guest has access to a washer and dryer located within the downstairs residence. The inside door uses a lock code and the exterior door uses a lock box with the keys inside. The neighborhood is peaceful and tranquil. You can stroll on walks anytime of the day or evenings. It is very safe and relaxing and the neighbors are friendly and warm. You have access to our beautiful rooftop located at the back apt overlooking the community, or you can relax on the patio outside your apt in your relaxing wicker chair, sipping your morning coffee. There is a regular bus service that comes from the north that takes you in the city. Monday to Friday, the runs are regular. Weekends and holidays, the runs become less frequent. Many small food stores are located nearby. The apartment is equipped with a QRcode behind the door. This can be scanned for any emergency and food vendor numbers. We offer airport transfers for a small fee of 20usd per trip for 2 persons. Each additional is 10usd per person.
