Newly constructed spacious bedroom and bathroom located on the southwest wing of the house is a cozy find. The bedroom has a designated work space and large walk in closet. The room includes a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The bathroom equipped with a large soaking tub and double sink with a vanity area. Towels and bathroom amenities will be provided. Guest area is accessed through private side entrance. Back property equipped with adequate, adjustable lighting to insure pool and surrounding space can be used day or night. Inside access: Guest will have access to a shared dining room to enjoy sit down meals or gathering for tea or card games around the table. The guest private master bedroom and bathroom is accessed through this side dining room entrance. Outside access- you are free to go as you please around the yard and make yourself at home at several sitting areas on patios/porches and around the pool. Enjoy our garden with plenty of flowers. We have outdoor games available! (ex. cornhole and darts when requested.) Inside off limits areas: There is a barn door divider that closes off the host main living area that guest will not have access to. Upstairs and front bedroom on the guest side of house are also off limits. Outside storage sheds, trampoline, and pool slide are not accessible to guests due to safety concerns. Either me or my partner Ronnie should be home or close by most of the day so any questions or need for assistance we'll be here …I work from home. Low traffic and beautiful landscape makes the neighborhood a great place to walk or jog. Quiet and near the river. Country setting to stargaze at night. Convenient to interstate, hospital, shopping and food. Minimal traffic due to entrance of neighborhood being a non-thru street . You will need to drive to get to the store unless you travel a mile, approximately, to the main highway with a walking/biking path. Minutes’ drive away to...
